The Secret of the Phantom of the Opera With David Copperfield was a televison special he did in 1990. It was filmed entirely on location in Paris' Place de L'Opera, this one-hour entertainment special dares to answer one of the most haunting questions of our time. Did the Phantom actually exist?

The special used flashbacks from the older Phantom movies.
